Auto seedling machine ( Auto Nursery Sowing Machine )

The first thing to produce rice is fill big plastic container with water and put rice seeds in it with disinfectant. Keeping constant temperature, buds from disinfected rice seeds come out 2 to 3 days later.  
 
Put soft soil (bed soil) in seeding box and spray water and then cover with soft soil (seed covering soil) after seed rice seeds evenly in the bed soil. Install seeding machine and prepare soil to use for bed soil and seed covering soil, seeding box, water and rice seeds before start working. The work style varies depending on working condition. Individual working sequence is as follows:
 
1. Fill seeding box with bed soil and pack the soil down using pressing plate.
2. Spray water clammy on pressed bed soil.
3. Seed rice seeds evenly.
4. Cover rice seeds with seed covering soil.
 
The sequence of seeding box input – bed soil – chamfering soil corner – water spraying – seeding – soil covering is processed simultaneously and automatically to save labor cost and lots of seed are seeded timely through improved work efficiency.
 

• Gear unit installed in seeding box inlet pushes seeding box in force so no sliding out (belt type has this problem) takes place.
• Loss of rice seeds and seed covering soil is minimized as there is no gap between the boxes.
• Residual amount can be checked easily as manufactured containers for rice seeds, soil and water are transparent.
• Amount of rice seeds and soil can be adjusted easily using handle lever.
• No missing plant takes place as rice seeds dropping blade installed in rice seeds roller drops every rice seed accurately.
• Brush (rotating brush) makes the surface of upper soil flat.
• Water sprays down in natural manner through water container.
• Beveling machine makes edges of the seeding box flat and extended aid legs make you work easier.
• New type shift motor can adjust 660 boxes at standard speed and 1,000 boxes at high speed freely.
